I started Late Night History in 2018 as a micro-blog on Instagram to explore a passion for history. Early on in my writing career, it helped land freelancing opportunities, including as one of the original writers for Black Rifle Coffee Company's Coffee or Die magazine. I spent five years at the magazine and authored more than 500+ digital and print articles. 

While there, I noticed that only a handful of quotes from a long interview made the story. Interested in podcasting itself, I went for it. I swung even bigger with my first guest: Alex West, a 20-year Navy SEAL and founder of One More Wave. The Late Night History podcast reached its goal of 50 episodes, featuring world-class guests from JSOC, CIA, FBI, SOCOM, FDNY, and others.
